The Quantocks
Triscombe is a tiny hamlet at the foot of the Quantock hills, famous for its combes, woodland valleys and open moorland, perfect for mountain biking, walking and horse riding.
You can walk or cycle direct from your door up the rather steep hill, or you could drive to one of the various car parks found at the top, at Triscombe Stone, Crowcombe Park Gate or Lydeard Hill.

Mountain Biking
All our self catering accommodation includes a secure bike storage lock up.
Walking
You can walk direct from your door to the stunning Quantock scenery. Up to 2 dogs are welcome in each of our cabins.
Horse Riding
We can advise on excellent horse riding facilites close by.
Shops & Pubs
We have Co-op shops and local produce farm shops in Williton and Bishops Lydeard. There is also a fabulous bakery in Williton ‘Glenmore’ for amazing fresh bread, cakes and bakes.
You could always arrange an online shop for delivery after you arrive to equip you with everything you need for the duration of your stay.
There are a few great local pubs, which serve wonderful food Wednesday to Sunday. In the summer months some of them are open 7 days a week, so we advise you check before you set out, and book ahead for a table if you wish to eat.
